Your quarterly payment amount is listed on the welcome email. If you need an account balance, please email or contact us.
Please note online payments on past due balances must be made before noon on the business day prior to your pickup day.
A $5.00 late fee is applied if payment is not received by the last day of the month.
Partial payments may result in a $5.00 split payment fee if prior arrangements are not made.
If billing name or address is different than the service address, please list this in the special instructions.
To cancel recurring transaction, you must email us at least 5 days prior to scheduled processing date.
If you have a new card, you can login and edit the stored card. If it's just a new expiration date, we can update that for you.
If the recurring transaction is declined, it is subject to a $10 transaction fee.
