ONLINE PAYMENT

  • Your quarterly payment amount is listed on the welcome email.  If you need an account balance, please email or contact us. 

  • Please note online payments on past due balances must be made before noon on the business day prior to your pickup day.

  • A $5.00 late fee is applied if payment is not received by the last day of the month.

  • Partial payments may result in a $5.00 split payment fee if prior arrangements are not made.

  • If billing name or address is different than the service address, please list this in the special instructions.  

  • To cancel recurring transaction, you must email us at least 5 days prior to scheduled processing date.

  • If you have a new card, you can login and edit the stored card. If it's just a new expiration date, we can update that for you.

  • If the recurring transaction is declined, it is subject to a $10 transaction fee.
