Your quarterly payment amount is listed on the welcome letter. A $5.00 late fee is applied if payment is not received by the last day of the month. If you need an account balance, please email or contact us.
Please note online payments on past due balances must be made before noon on the business day prior to your pick up day.
If billing name or address is different than the service address please list this in the special instructions.
To cancel recurring transaction you must email us at least 5 days prior to scheduled processing date.
If the recurring transaction is declined, it is subject to a $10 transaction fee.
