• Your quarterly payment amount is listed on the welcome letter.  A $5.00 late fee is applied if payment is not received by the last day of the month.  If you need an account balance, please email or contact us. 

  • Please note online payments on past due balances must be made before noon on the business day prior to your pick up day.

  • If billing name or address is different than the service address please list this in the special instructions.  

  • To cancel recurring transaction you must email us at least 5 days prior to scheduled processing date.

  • If the recurring transaction is declined, it is subject to a $10 transaction fee.
